Main Usage

Yongyi agitator, anchor agitator, dispersion disk, two blades, propulsion blades, four blades, multi-blade, stretch blade are mainly used in paints, pigments, dyes, paints, ink, food, adhesives, medicine, daily chemicals and other liquids, The comminution, agitation and grinding of emulsion and liquid-solid materials are the conventional parts of disperser, grinder, pulverizer, mixer, emulsifier and other mechanical equipment.

1. DBP Type Bubble-removing Agitator

This type of agitator is used to remove the large amount of foam on the surface. With low-middle speed, snake-like grid paddle rotates to destroy bubbles. In this way, the increasing of bubbles is under control. This kind of stirrer is widely used in fermentation tank, and it's useful to remove bubbles.
Application conditions: Dj / D = 0.35-0.75; Applicable viscosity is commonly less than 2000cp; commonly-used linear velocity is 2-15m / s.

2. Blade Agitator

This type of agitator is most basic. At low speed, the flow is horizontal circulation; at high speed, the flow is radial; With baffle, the flow is cycling up and down. When liquid is high-viscosity, the agitator is working under laminar conditions, and the stirrer is multi-layer and at low-speed.
Application conditions: Dj / D = 0.35-0.9; Applicable viscosity is commonly less than 2000cp, the maximum viscosity is 100000cp; linear velocity: 1-5m / s, N / n in the table refers to for the stirrer blade strength allowed values, the design temperature is <200 ° C, N refers to calculated power (kw), and n refers to revolutions per minute of stirrer.

Open turbine agitator with four oblique blades is similar to open turbine agitator with six flat blades. Under the same conditions, stirring intensity of the former is weaker than that of the latter, and its comprehensive performance is better when the higher speed is required. It's one of the most widely used agitators.
According to different requirements, stabilizer can be designed as cylindrical stabilizer or stabilizer fin.
If stabilizer is designed as stabilizer fin, model P will be replaced by model W.
Application conditions: Dj / D = 0.2-0.8, often 0.4 is choosed; Applicable viscosity is commonly less than 50000cp; linear velocity is 1-10 (m / s); wide-type agitator B / Dj = 0.2, narrow-type agitator B / Dj = 0.125.
